Hello and welcome to Headspace! My name is Judy Park and I am a licensed clinical psychiatrist with over 20 years of counseling experience in Northern Alabama. Here at Headspace, we have created a safe and secure environment in which clients can navigate through their feelings. My goal is to help adults learn how to build healthy relationships both with themselves and with those in their environment. Together, we can achieve positive reflection of the mental activity created in one’s Headspace.
